Kent Slayton has been a full-time therapist for over 35 years. In that time, he has worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples and substance abusers within the public, private, inpatient, outpatient and legal settings. He received his master’s degree in clinical psychology/marriage and family therapy followed by a two-year externship with the Houston/Galveston Family Institute.
Kent Slayton joined Mediators & Counselors in the fall of 2014. He understands that our greatest joys and pains are often found in relationships, and he is dedicated to the principles that make them meaningful and healthy.
